1) Standard (Local Pick-Up) Reservations

Free cancellation ≥ 48 hours before pickup: Full refund of any deposit.

< 48 hours before pickup or no-show: $75 cancellation fee.

2) Reservations With Delivery

Free cancellation ≥ 72 hours before scheduled delivery: Full refund of any deposit.

< 72 hours before delivery: $100 cancellation fee; delivery fee is non-refundable if van has already been delivered at time that notice is given or if no notice is given.

3) Peak & Holiday Periods (Higher Demand)

For peak/holiday rentals (Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year), deposits become non-refundable inside 14 days of pickup.

4) Rescheduling

Your first cancellation fee will be waived if booking is rescheduled within 90 days of your original pick up / delivery date.

5) Early Returns

Early returns are permitted. Unused days are credited (not refunded) when the van is re-rented for those days, or applied to a future booking within 12 months.

6) Weather, Travel Disruptions & Emergencies

With documentation (e.g., airline cancellation, severe weather alerts), we may waive or convert fees to credit at our discretion.

7) How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment; bank processing times may apply.

If a third-party processor has already collected non-refundable processing fees, only those unrecoverable amounts may be deducted.
