Step 1: Check Availability

Use our online calendar to check if a van is available on your desired dates.

Step 2: Submit Your Rental Application

Create a customer profile and share details about your rental needs and wheelchair size. You’ll be able to securely create a username and password for future reservations.

Step 3: Quick Background Check & Approval

We run a quick screening and confirm availability. Once approved, we’ll send you an estimate through our secure WooCommerce store.

Step 4: Pay a Deposit to Reserve Your Van

Once you receive your estimate, you’ll pay a deposit to finalize the booking. You’ll get a confirmation with all the important details.

Step 5: Pickup or Delivery

On the day of your reservation, you’ll either pick up the van or we’ll deliver it to you. Final payment is due at that time. We’ll walk you through the van and answer any last-minute questions.

What’s Required

Driver must be at least 21 with a valid U.S. driver’s license

Proof of full coverage auto insurance (liability, comprehensive, collision)

A major credit or debit card to secure the reservation

Wheelchair dimensions so we can ensure a proper fit
